Want it sooner? Purchase it at any point by paying the remaining contract balance plus a simple £20 administration fee.

Clear from
day one.
These are headline terms. Your signed proposal and service agreement contain the final scope and contract.
Term and monthly payments +
The agreement runs for 24 months. Monthly payments are due by the agreed method. Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated. Late payment may pause work, support or hosting.
Scope, pages and changes +
Your proposal defines the page count, functionality and deliverables. Complex tools, shops, integrations, copywriting and photography are separate unless expressly included. New scope is quoted before work starts.
Content and approvals +
You supply accurate content, assets, access and timely approvals, and confirm you have permission to use supplied materials. You approve factual, spelling and legal accuracy before launch.
Hosting and third parties +
The first 12 months of standard hosting are included. Thereafter it normally costs £130–£200 annually. Domains, email, premium licences and third-party services are included only when listed in the proposal.
Ownership and early purchase +
SFM retains ownership until all applicable sums are paid. After 24 payments, the completed bespoke site transfers to you. Third-party assets retain their licences. Early purchase is the remaining balance plus £20 administration.
Compliance and privacy +
Compliance page templates use information you provide. They are not legal advice. You remain responsible for applicable policies, consent, business practices, accessibility and sector rules.
Cancellation and termination +
Because build costs are spread over 24 months, early cancellation does not automatically remove the remaining balance. Transfer is supplied only after applicable sums are cleared.
Availability and liability +
We use reasonable care and skill but cannot guarantee uninterrupted hosting, rankings, traffic or sales. Liability is limited to fees paid under the agreement where permitted by law.
