Reasonable amendments are included. Delays in approval may affect scheduling. Full rewrites, new campaign directions or extra services may be quoted separately.

SFM Sales Ltd stores client information securely and uses it only to deliver agreed services. Client project information is normally retained for up to 12 months after the end of the working relationship, unless a longer period is required by law or ongoing work continues.
